Returns Window
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing info@harryskeggs.com.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that feature Harry Skeggs branding are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure you are confident with size and fit before purchasing these products.
Additionally, sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@harryskeggs.com as soon as possible with details and photographs where possible. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement where possible.
How to Start a Return
